Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited in Ireland is seeking a People Partner to deliver high-quality HR support and partner closely with employees and people managers. You will drive employee relations, coaching, and performance guidance while backing the rollout of HR programs across the business.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, compliance understanding, and excellent communication. You will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of broad HR functional areas, compliance, and local business processes.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and familiarity with local employment laws.
• Excellent partnering, coaching, and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in a customer-facing HR role within manufacturing or beverage industry.
• Previous exposure to global/regional HR program roll-outs.
• Additional HR certifications or advanced training.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the Global/Regional People Excellence team and local employees and managers.

About your role

What You'll Do
