Job description

The People Partner for our Irish hub will play a key role in implementing People & Culture (P&C) programs and initiatives that support SiriusXM Ireland’s growth. Reporting to the Director, P&C Europe, this generalist role will support local P&C activities, help ensure compliance with Irish labour and compensation regulations, foster a strong and inclusive employee experience, and apply global policies and processes within the Irish hub.

This position requires a hands-on generalist who is eager to learn more about various HR functions, can independently manage day-to-day P&C responsibilities, use sound judgment to resolve a broad range of employee and manager needs, and partner with the Director, P&C Europe and global P&C colleagues on new or more complex matters.

What you’ll do:

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a key P&C contact for employees and managers in Ireland, handling day-to-day employee relations matters, supporting conflict resolution and engagement initiatives, and partnering with the Director, P&C Europe on new or more complex issues.
• Learning & Development: Identify and support training initiatives to drive leadership development, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Culture & Inclusion: Promote SiriusXM’s culture and values by supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across Ireland.
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with functional leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
• Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes aligned with SiriusXM’s global framework.
• Compensation & Benefits: Partner with global HR and compensation teams to support competitive, locally compliant pay structures and benefits programs.
• Compliance & Policies: Apply and maintain P&C practices in accordance with Irish labour laws, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements, escalating complex or novel matters as appropriate while maintaining alignment with global SiriusXM policies.
• HR Operations: Partner and support payroll coordination, HRIS management, and other HR administrative functions in collaboration with global cross functional teams.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Legal right to work in Ireland required
• Professional HR certification (CIPD Level 5, SHRM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Experience implementing and improving HR processes within a growing international business.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/UK labour laws, regulations, and HR practices (multi-country experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with managers, employees, and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with global HR colleagues
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills, with the ability to self-manage multiple deliverables
• Culturally sensitive and experienced in working across diverse, multinational environments
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Google Suite; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Strong, practical working knowledge of AI and how to use it in everyday tasks as well as accelerate the development of more complex undertakings
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset
