Job summary

Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking an experienced People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across both Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.

Working with hotel leadership and Group People & Culture, you will help recruit, onboard, develop talent and drive engagement, wellbeing and HR administration while upholding Irish Employment Law.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in HR or People & Culture in hospitality.
• Qualification in HR Management, Business or related discipline.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Irish Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Passion for people, hospitality and creating positive workplace cultures.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced, motivated People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.

Working closely with the hotel leadership teams and Group People & Culture department, you will support recruitment, employee relations, engagement, training and development initiatives across both properties.
