As a Penetration Testing Intern, you will participate in ethical hacking activities, run vulnerability scans, and help remediate vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Internship opportunities are open exclusively to current third-year degree students who must complete an internship or work placement as part of their degree.
• Applicants must be returning to their studies after the internship and provide confirmation from their educational institution that the placement forms part of their course requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in penetration testing and vulnerability scanning activities for Sun Life's internal and external clients.
• Present reports and data on findings from penetration testing to the relevant support teams.
• Work with associated teams to help remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Proactively research developments in the information security field for improvements for the team and clients.
