Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and common web technologies.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security tools (IDS, EDR, SIEM).
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alerts generated by security controls (EDR, SIEM, IDS) and other teams.
• Maintain accurate QA standards across all logged tickets.
• Document findings clearly and update processes across tools and documentation.
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives.
