Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a skilled Penetration Testing Analyst to perform hands-on security testing of applications, infrastructure, and systems. The role focuses on penetration testing delivery with opportunities for red team involvement and adversary simulation where needed.

You will conduct web, API, mobile, and infrastructure assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and produce actionable remediation guidance for protecting business assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Certifications like OSCP, OSWA, CISSP are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform web, API, mobile, and infrastructure penetration testing across enterprise applications.
• Identify, exploit, and validate security vulnerabilities using manual testing techniques and tools.
• Produce clear, structured reports outlining vulnerabilities, root causes, and remediation steps.
• Contribute to reconnaissance and attack surface mapping and assist in controlled exploitation activities.
