Exciting Opportunity: Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team in the professional services sector with a global presence. This role is pivotal within our Finance and Accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate client payroll processing through our Global Payroll Platform.
  2. Resolve payroll issues across our international network of firms.
  3. Support clients with project engagements, payroll audits, and staffing challenges.
  4. Lead onboarding of new clients and manage payroll transitions.
  5. Drive service improvements via automation and process enhancements.
  6. Recruit, develop, and train junior team members.
  7. Monitor KPIs and ensure timely service delivery to clients.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll roles with an interest in international payroll careers.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Desirable: Experience with international and high-volume payrolls.
  • Salary: €60k-€65k plus bonus and benefits.
