An exciting opportunity has come up with a multinational investment bank and financial services company based in Dublin. This company is seeking a Payment Processing Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage research to identify unusual financial transactions affecting the company and clients.
  • Approve and process fund transfers globally using location-specific systems.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory standards.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency and maintain strict adherence to company policies.
  • Optimise team structure through effective resource management and skill alignment.
  • Mentor and evaluate team members through regular engagement and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications/work experience.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with the capability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Skill in prioritising tasks under pressure, supporting your team, and working independently in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Good knowledge of or a strong interest in international clearing systems, messaging formats, and SWIFT.
