Job summary

Réalta Technologies is seeking an experienced MES Engineer (PAS-X MBR Designer) to support a key biopharmaceutical client in Dublin. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in PAS-X MBR design, particularly in Form/Fill and Packaging operations for both commercial production and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience designing MES solutions in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on PAS-X MBR design experience.
• Experience in syringe or vial manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with MES integration with SCADA, DeltaV, and PI.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test PAS-X MBRs from concept through approval.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, and IT to gather and analyse requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of MBR development, including configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation using HP Application Lifecycle Management.
• Support the ongoing MES development and continuous improvement of MES business processes.
• Deliver training to end-users and assist with SOP development and updates.
• Lead integration design and testing for interaction between MBRs and shop-floor equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding across MES and related interfaces.
