Partner Success Manager - US Remote

Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. In 2014, after eight years of intensive software development, we launched Kneat Gx—the world’s most advanced validation software to help revolutionize the speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence of validation in the Life Sciences sector. Our solution is now used by some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies.

What we’re looking for

As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Partner Success Manager to join our Operations Team. This role will be remote in nature and based in the US.

Position overview

Reporting to our Manager of Partner Success, the Partner Success Manager will support our existing partner ecosystem and drive best-in-class standards in a newly formed partner function.

The successful candidate will have all-round partner management experience where they will have the opportunity to add their expertise to both partner recruitment processes in addition to managing existing partners in the partner ecosystem. We are seeking a data-driven cross-functional team player to further elevate standards and practices within the partner function.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and retain key partnerships while driving enablement through training, management, and collaborative planning to accelerate program growth and achieve mutual goals.
  • Operate within a high-touch partner engagement model - fostering deep and strategic relationships.
  • Lead business meetings with partners to align on strategic vision and future opportunities for Kneat Gx within their organizations.
  • Manage internal and external resources, working closely with technical teams to support partner success.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in the partner program.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of progressive and consistent experience in partner management, demonstrating growth in responsibility, scope, and impact across roles.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen with experiencing working with Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including coordination of cross-functional teams and timelines.
  • Experience working in process and metric-driven environments.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRMs.
Nice to haves
  • Regulated industry experience in either Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Validation.
  • An understanding of Kneat Gx application, and its use in Life Sciences processes such as Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality management.
