LELY is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Warehouse Associate in Ireland to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory. The role averages 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain it), a full clean Irish driving licence, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing lists.

• Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report damaged goods or safety hazards.
• Occasionally hand deliver parts to technicians/customers.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory.

The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with prior warehouse experience. Weekly hours will vary based on workload, typically averaging 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment & service team van stock.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Assist with inventory stock checks.
• Label, organise, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Occasionally hand deliver parts to Technicians / customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Full clean Irishdriving licence.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
