Job summary

eir Ireland is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant (Part Time) for Dundrum. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend mobile and broadband solutions while working in a target-driven environment.

Full training is provided, with earnings from a competitive hourly rate of €14.15 plus commission, plus staff incentives and benefits. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service, meeting sales targets, and supporting store operations in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
• Sales Delivery: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Customer Experience: Handle queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Store Operations: Support daily tasks including stock control, data entry and cash handling.
• Product & Policy Knowledge: Stay updated on eir products, promotions and store policies.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor offerings to provide relevant information.
