Job summary

eir Ireland is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Tallaght to engage customers and tailor broadband and mobile solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy a structured commission scheme in a vibrant telecoms retail environment.

Earn €14.15 per hour plus an attractive commission structure, with full training provided. This role is ideal for a people person who thrives in a busy store and is motivated by targets and career growth within eir.

Qualifications

1–2 years retail or sales experience is desirable.
Strong customer focus and proactive attitude.
Confident engaging with a variety of customers and explaining products clearly.
Positive, target-driven mindset with a passion for service.
Interest in mobile phones, broadband and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Engage customers, understand needs, and recommend mobile and broadband solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Handle queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support daily store operations including stock control, data entry, and cash handling.
Stay up-to-date with eir products, promotions and store policies.
