Job summary

Nourish in Limerick is seeking a Part-Time Store Supervisor for Dunnes Stores, Jetland Centre. You will support busy store operations with 20-24 hours weekly, covering Saturdays and Sundays plus 1–2 evening shifts, across 8am–10pm.

Flexibility to work at other Nourish locations within the area is required. You’ll lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock and schedules, and coordinate with Dunnes staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented mindset essential for daily customer interactions.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
• Flexibility to cover shifts across weekends and evenings as required.
• Experience with stock replenishment and store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during scheduled shifts and ensure smooth customer service.
• Supervise and develop a small team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Manage stock replenishment and visual merchandising to meet standards.
• Coordinate with Dunnes staff and Nourish teams to align on store priorities.
• Maintain health and safety standards and uphold store policies.
