Job summary

Securitas Ireland is seeking a part-time security officer to cover two sites, Little Island and Mahon, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. The role is on-site with day, night, and weekend shifts. The package includes €15.41/hour, plus €20 night allowance and a Sunday premium, plus training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English essential and written capability.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and attention to detail skills.
• Must hold a PSA Licence; Safe Pass desirable.
• Full clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Prevent loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to client and customers.
• Complete training for the site and follow Assignment Instructions.
• Monitor CCTV when required and report hazards promptly.
• Stay alert to threats and take appropriate action.
• Document incidents with accurate notebook entries.
