Clarks in IOI City Mall is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain store presentation. The role is part-time and requires a friendly, customer-focused approach.

You will build product knowledge, assist customers with fitting and product selection, and process transactions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light stock handling.
