Job summary

Clarks in Cork is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an outstanding consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets. You will effectively sell shoes and accessories, using Clarks selling models and keeping high retail standards in both front and back of house.

The role requires the ability to deliver excellent customer service, maintain stock and visual merchandising, and be flexible to a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering strong in-store customer service.
• Knowledge of footwear product lines and features.
• Demonstrated ability to handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Support achievement of store KPI targets by driving sales.
• Maintain sales floor and back of house to high retail standards.
• Be flexible to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
