About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the store's daily operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will be the face of O'Brien's, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks assigned by management to high standards, following company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Operate the till system accurately and handle transactions.
• Keep stock levels up to date and well-organized.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.
