Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with product selection and enquiries
• Operate the till and payment systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions with care
• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are well-organised, clearly priced, and visually appealing
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, adhering to company standards and health and safety procedures
• Develop product knowledge of our sports and leisure range to make informed recommendations to customers
• Support the team in achieving sales targets through positive engagement and upselling where appropriate
• Receive and process deliveries, checking stock accuracy and rotating merchandise as required
• Follow company policies and procedures, reporting any issues or concerns to management
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment
