Job summary

O'Brien's Wine in Naas is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional service. You will help customers find the perfect wine, handle transactions at the till, and keep merchandising appealing.

The role is customer-focused with on-the-job wine training, weekend work required, and opportunities for growth through WSET courses and internal development.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store's daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of O'Brien's, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring that our store runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned by management to the highest standards, following company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Accurately operate the till system and handle transactions.
• Keep stock levels up to date and well-organized.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.
