Job summary

O'Brien's Wine in Blanchardstown is seeking a friendly Part Time Sales Assistant to join our busy wine shop. You will greet customers, help them choose wines, and support daily store operations with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

You should enjoy working in a dynamic team, be willing to help with deliveries and displays, and be able to work weekends. Training on wine knowledge will be provided to help you grow in the role.

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store’s daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be the face of O’Brien’s, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring that our store runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks assigned by management to the highest standards, following company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Accurately operate the till system and handle transactions.
• Keep stock levels up to date and well-organized.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.
