Job description

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation that provides a wide range of health-related and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Join our wonderful team and provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities around Meath, helping them to reaching their full potential and connect with their communities.

Prosper Fingal is looking for a qualified Social Care Worker to join our highly skilled and responsive team to provide high quality, person-centred residential care to the individuals we support in our Residential house in Balrothery. We are seeking a dynamic Social Care Worker to accommodate 25 hours per week over 7 days, with a strong person-centred vision who will be centrally involved in facilitating and supporting individuals in residential and community settings while maintaining our core values of delivering respectful, progressive, professional and positive services.

Salary Scale: €23,327 - €33,617 per annum excluding premiums for evenings and weekends & overnights

Location: Rush, Co. Dublin

Hours: 25 per week

Contract: Permanent

Applicants must have a QQI Level 7 / 8 degree in Social Care or a closely related field or fully registered with CORU to qualify for this position. Experience working in disability services and knowledge of HIQA Standards would be advantageous. Having a clean manual driving license is also essential for this position.
