Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Cork seeks a part-time Quality Specialist to support safety, compliance and batch testing at our site. The role offers five half-day slots across mornings or evenings and requires onsite presence in Cork.

You will review batch sheets, oversee third-party warehouse quality, and assist in audits if needed. Experience in a multinational setting and in the food sector is a plus, with full onboarding support provided.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Quality experience within a multinational organization.
• Food sector experience is a plus, but open to candidates from other backgrounds with full support to get up to speed.
• Location: Ability to work fully onsite in Cork for the half-day schedule.
• Auditing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Slot into general safety, compliance checks, and quality testing for the site.
• Batch Documentation: Review, update, and maintain batch sheets to ensure all documentation is up to speed.
• Warehouse & Logistics: Quality oversight responsible for the 3rd-party warehouse and storage site operations.
• Audits (Optional Focus): For candidates with strong audit experience, the role can be tailored to focus more heavily on audit support.
• General Operations: Enjoy good variety in day-to-day quality tasks across site operations and supply chain.
