You will manage the OTC counter and shop floor sales, and be the main point of contact for our valued customers, delivering friendly, accurate guidance on health products.

Qualifications

• Experience in community pharmacy OTC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service and adhere to company policies and ethos.
• Offer customers exceptional assistance.
• Ensure the pharmacy is properly merchandised, clean, tidy and stock levels are maintained.
• Handle cash and rotate stock.
