Uniphar's McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy in Redmond Square, Wexford is seeking an OTC Sales Assistant to join our team. This part-time, permanent role focuses on managing the OTC counter and assisting customers.

The ideal candidate will have pharmacy OTC experience (preferred), strong communication, excellent multitasking and organisational skills, and a confidential, empathetic approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous Pharmacy OTC experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good prioritising, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Be confidential and empathetic to customer needs.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• To deliver a high level of customer service and to adhere to company policies and ethos.
• Ability to offer customers exceptional assistance at the OTC counter and on the shop floor.
• To ensure that the pharmacy is properly merchandised and kept clean and tidy and stock levels are maintained correctly.
• Cash handling and stock rotation.
