Job summary

Corcreggan Mill Holidays Limited is seeking a practical, reliable maintenance person for a part-time, hands-on role to care for its buildings, grounds and facilities.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week with flexible arrangements and occasional on-call support. Prior experience in construction or property maintenance is essential, with a full driving licence and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience required: 2 years in maintenance or related trades.
• Languages: English C1-Advanced.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Driving licence: Full B is required.
• Safepass is desirable.

Responsibilities

• General site upkeep and maintenance, general repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Basic painting and decorating.
• Minor plumbing, carpentry and DIY tasks.
• Waste management and bin handling.
• Carrying out routine inspections and resolving issues.
• Assisting with larger maintenance and improvement projects.
