Four Seasons Hotel Monaghan is seeking a reliable Kitchen Wash Up Assistant to join our team. You will help maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen by washing crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, and keeping the workspace organised.

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate from €14.35 and opportunities for progression within the hospitality team. Candidates with kitchen experience are welcome, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitise all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using both manual and industrial dishwashing methods.
• Ensure that cleaning and sanitising meet health and safety standards.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen surfaces, including floors, worktops, and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste correctly, sorting and recycling where appropriate.
• Handle dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment responsibly, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Restock clean items in their designated places promptly to avoid kitchen delays.
