Sadler's, the casual dining restaurant in Fethard, Co Tipperary, is hiring a part-time Kitchen Porter (26 hours minimum per week) to join Relais & Châteaux. This is a long-term permanent role within a busy kitchen environment.

You'll be responsible for washing crockery, daily cleaning, equipment deep cleans, stock handling, and assisting with deliveries. A reliable team player with good communication will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Wash crockery and utensils
• Daily clean of kitchen areas
• Deep clean of kitchen equipment
• Keep stores areas neat and tidy
• Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
• Report failing equipment to Supervisor
• Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
• Communicate effectively with staff
• Contribute to stock taking as required
• Provide Porter support with deliveries
• Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
