Job summary

SleepScore Inc is seeking an Information Security Manager to oversee the ISMS in a hybrid Dublin setting. This part-time role (20 hours/week) reports to the Director of Engineering - DevOps, IT, Security and Privacy and leads audits, risk governance, and security program improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information security with real ISO 27001 responsibility and hands-on delivery across policy, training and security operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in information security with real ISO 27001 responsibility.
• Experience with audits and risk management.
• Experience implementing or maintaining information security programs.

Responsibilities

• Audit readiness: internal audits and external surveillance with evidence.
• Risk register: keep it current and defensible with actionable plans.
• Third-party and vendor security assessments and backlog management.
• Vulnerability follow-through: remediation tracked against SLAs.
• Access and asset reviews across sites with portable media.
• Policies and procedures: current, reviewed on cycle, gaps drafted.
• Privacy and data protection: retention, inventories, and data deletion verification.
• Continuity and incident response: keep plans real with tabletop exercises and improvements.
• Training and awareness: manage programme end-to-end and track completion.
• The improvement programme: run live pipeline of improvements.
