Job summary

SleepScore Inc is seeking an Information Security Manager (part-time) in Dublin to own the ISMS operations, drive risk decisions and coordinate with engineering leadership. You will manage audits, risk, vendor security, and incident response while embedding security into daily workflows.

Hybrid role requiring 20 hours/week with occasional Dublin office visits; you’ll report to the Director of Engineering - DevOps, IT, Security and Privacy, and you’ll enhance containment, training and improvement

Qualifications

• Five or more years in information security with ISO 27001 responsibility.
• Ability to form proposals and drive decisions.
• Track record building or improving security programmes.
• Comfort assigning work to engineering teams not directly managed.
• Genuine autonomy with limited supervision.
• Strong writing for proposals and management reviews.
• Experience through a full certification or recertification cycle.
• GDPR and data protection practice.
• CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor.
• Willingness to be named Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Audit readiness: internal audits and external surveillance.
• Risk register: current, honest with treatment plans.
• Third-party and vendor security: assessments and supplier register.
• Vulnerability follow-through: remediation within SLAs.
• Access and asset reviews: periodic across sites.
• Policies and procedures: current, reviewed on cycle.
• Privacy and data protection: retention and inventories.
• Continuity and incident response: tabletop exercises and improvements.
• Training and awareness: end-to-end programme management.
• The improvement programme: maintain live pipeline of work.
