Job summary

Woodston Personnel Ltd. is seeking a patient‑focussed General Practitioner to join our dynamic clinical team on a part‑time basis. The role is structured across 3 working days per week, comprising 2 clinical sessions per day (4 sessions in total per week).

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care, maintain records, and work with our nursing and admin staff. IMC Specialist Registration is mandatory; MICGP/CCT or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active IMC Specialist Registration is mandatory.
• Specialist qualification in General Practice (MICGP, CCT, or recognized equivalent).
• Full rights to work in Ireland.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Irish GP practice software (Socrates, HealthOne) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Manage clinical paperwork, test results and referrals within session hours.
• Collaborate with practice nursing and administrative staff.
• Participate in clinical meetings and uphold patient safety and governance.
• Comply with ICGP professional competence requirements.
