Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Assistant for Sadler's casual dining restaurant. The role covers 32 hours per week across weekdays, offering an opportunity to gain experience and grow within a forward-thinking hospitality team.

Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding guest experiences, upholding high service standards, supporting the F&B team, and engaging positively with guests and colleagues. Training and employee benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hospitality/service is beneficial.
• Willingness to participate in trainings and develop career.
• Strong customer-focused attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in Sadler's.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Work with and assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.
