Job summary

Decathlon UK is seeking an E-commerce Warehouse Assistant to support daily order picking, packing and shipping from our Limerick facilities. You will ensure accurate fulfillment, maintain organized packing stations and help manage stock levels to deliver orders on time across the online channel.

You’ll work within a busy logistics team, handle returns and mispicks promptly, and participate in peak-period schedules including weekends and holidays to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

Inventory & Efficiency — Every E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant takes ownership of their workflow. You’ll maintain organized packing stations, update stock levels in real time, handle returns or mispicks promptly, and maintain high standard operational efficiency so that every order moves out the door without a hitch.

Team Player — You’ll be part of an energetic logistics and fulfillment team that thrives under pressure, works together to hit daily shipping targets, and celebrates shared wins. You are comfortable working collaboratively during high-volume periods while remaining self-motivated when managing tasks independently.
