Job summary

Comer Group Ireland currently seeks a part-time Cleaner to join the team. Based at Belgard Square, Tallaght, Dublin 24, the role offers variety in residential cleaning and requires diligence and a high level of attention to detail. The candidate should be able to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative.

Position is part-time (20 hours per week) with negotiable salary. Training can be provided; on-site parking and facility discounts are included.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred; training can be provided
• Full driver’s licence with own transport
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well on own initiative
• Ability to work both in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Action requests from Management and Property Teams promptly
• Maintain all public areas in commercial and residential properties
• Clean glass and window areas and wipe surfaces
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors and clean lifts and lift areas
• Follow health and safety procedures and report maintenance issues
