Job summary

Mahon Point Shopping Centre is hiring a Customer Service Representative on a part-time, temporary basis to join the Customer Service Desk team at Mahon Point in Cork.

You will greet customers, answer enquiries in person and by phone, handle feedback and assist retailers with day-to-day desk activities. Weekend availability is required.

This role suits a friendly, reliable team player who communicates clearly in English and is comfortable using basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Reliable and organised with a positive attitude
• PC literate and comfortable using basic computer systems
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Available to work weekends as part of the role
• Previous customer service experience preferable
