We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to become part of our renowned Food & Beverage team.

What you'll do
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences across our bar outlets
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and to high standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
  • Upsell beverages and share your knowledge of our drinks menu
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar and service operations
  • Comply with all licensing, health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hotel environment
  • A passion for hospitality and a flair for customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
