Job summary

B.L.C. DEVELOPMENTS COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Ballycumber, Co. Offaly. Based at The Barracks, Ballycumber, the role reports to the Director responsible for Activities Programme and is a part-time post of 17.5 hours weekly.

You will coordinate activities, support the existing programme, identify new funding opportunities, and engage with agencies promoting activities. Closing date for applications: Friday 9 October 2026 by 5pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong computer literacy and customer service skills.
• Capable of decision making and leading activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities in line with BLC Activities Programme.
• Key area of work will be to work with the team delivering existing activities.
• Identify new opportunities including funding for an expanded program.
• Work with agencies involved in promoting Activities.
• This is a part-time position (17.5 hours per week).
