Responsabilités

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
• Take customer orders and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar area.
• Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with Irish licensing laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Assist with bar setup and closing procedures.
• Support weddings, banquets, conferences, and other hotel events.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Report stock shortages, maintenance issues, or customer concerns to management.
