Qualifications

• Must have started accounting exams and be outside practice with at least 1 year in a broad accounting role.
• Experience with month-end processes, journals, accruals and prepayments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial information and controls and analyse performance.
• Handle month-end journals, accruals and prepayments; reconcile accounts.
• Support payroll, VAT returns, CRO returns and stock takes; assist audits and reporting.

Part Qualified Accountant (Trainee) Dublin 24€40'000 - €50'000 + exam support and benefits This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong Finance Manager and mentor and develop into a fully qualified accountant with a highly successful Irish Brand. Your role will involve, maintaining the financial information, controls and conducting accurate analysis of performance of the business. Implementing improvements and getting involved in projects as they arise. You will work with month end accounts process, prepping the journals, accruals and prepayments, reconciling accounts, payroll, support AP, Vat Returns, Complete CRO returns, sales reports, support on audits and stock takes. It is essential you have already commenced your accounting exams, with no less than 1 year in a fast paced broad accounting role OUTSIDE PRACTICE.
