Job summary

Tuath Housing seeks an Accountant (Part Qualified) in Dublin to join the Finance team. You will assist in management accounts preparation, covering cost, revenue, rental income, service charges, debtors, and reconciliations, to support monthly and annual reporting.

The role reports to the Finance Manager and requires strong accounts experience, with studying towards ACCA/CIMA or qualified; proficiency in MS Office and Sage 200 is desirable. A positive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably strong accounts experience and ability to work to deadlines.
• Studying towards ACCA/CIMA or qualified accountant.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts across cost, revenue, rental income and service charges.
• Reconcile rent and service charge reporting and ensure accuracy for monthly and year-end reporting.
• Review budgets and financial statements for OMCs and sinking funds.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Maintain thorough records and support audits and management reporting.
