Qualifications

- Basic foundational knowledge or experience in panel repairs, strip/refit, or welding is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and team-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn repair technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle strip and refit procedures.
- Carry out cosmetic repairs including light filler work and bumper prep.
- Learn heavy panel repairs, panel replacements, and filler finishing.
- Operate specialist equipment for dent pulling, plastic repair, and chassis alignment jig work.
- Perform MIG/MAG welding and spot welding; training provided for aluminum/brass welding.
