EXL is seeking an experienced International Tax Senior Manager to lead Ireland, UK, and European tax matters. This role reports to US tax leadership and collaborates with finance, legal, and business leaders across multiple regions.

You will manage corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing governance, VAT oversight, and play a key role in M&A and global tax transformation projects, with exposure to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CTA/ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
• 7-10+ years of progressive international tax experience in a Big Four firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate income tax compliance across Ireland, UK, and Europe.
• Develop cross-border tax advisory on restructurings and intercompany arrangements.
• Coordinate VAT and indirect tax compliance across regions.
• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and global tax transformation projects.
