Dell Technologies Inc. is seeking an EMEA Corporation Tax Manager in Ireland (Limerick or Cork). This onsite role will lead tax compliance for EMEA entities, deliver complex filings, and drive automation across tax processes to support business decisions.

The role requires strong corporate tax experience, a CTA/ATI or equivalent, and ability to partner with Finance, Legal and Global Tax teams while communicating with senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Professional tax qualification (CTA, AITI, or equivalent) required.
• Strong in-house or multinational corporate tax experience.
• Solid knowledge of corporate tax and international frameworks.
• Experience with Pillar Two, CbCR and transfer pricing desirable.
• Ability to manage complex tax projects and collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead international corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of EMEA entities.
• Deliver filings across corporation tax, Pillar Two, CbCR, and transfer pricing.
• Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of tax processes.
• Provide practical, commercially focused tax advice to support decisions.
• Support implementation of global tax strategy including Pillar Two initiatives.
• Monitor legislative developments and assess impacts on the business.
• Manage tax risk and internal controls; liaise with tax authorities.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Commercial and Global Tax teams.
• Communicate tax risks, opportunities and recommendations to senior leaders.
