Job summary

Hello.de AG in Ireland is offering a sponsored Trainee Healthcare Assistant program at Hibernia Academy for Care. The scheme covers two QQI Level 5 modules and a structured induction, with paid classroom time, orientation, and supervised shifts.

Graduates move into permanent contracts with 15–30 hours per week, in Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow. Applicants must have eligibility to work in Ireland, be available for 2 weeks of on-site training, and be prepared for Garda Vetting and reference checks.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Ireland (must be current)
• Available for 2 full weeks of on-site training in Dublin 15 (Mon–Fri)
• Ability to work contracted hours after graduation (15–30 hours per week)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (mandatory before first client contact) & Reference Checks
• Full clean driving licence is desirable but not essential for all locations
• Some personal or professional experience in care
