Job summary

Cpl Healthcare in Dublin is seeking experienced Community Paediatric Nurses to support complex paediatric cases in the Dublin area and across Ireland. The role involves 1:1 home care for children with advanced nursing needs, including tracheostomy and enteral feeding.

Candidates should have paediatric nursing experience, ICU exposure if possible, and be comfortable with medication management and full infant care. Overseas NICU/Paeds experience welcome if currently in Ireland nursing homes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with paediatric experience.
• Experience caring for complex paediatric cases in home settings preferred.
• ICU exposure is a plus for handling critical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home nursing for children with advanced care needs.
• Manage medications, feeding via enteral routes, and ventilatory support where applicable.
• Monitor patient condition, communicate with families, and coordinate with healthcare teams.

A well known Community Care Provider is looking to hire Community Paediatric Nurses for complex cases in Dublin Area and around Ireland.

Experience:

• Must have paeds experience, does not have to be RCN.
• They will accept Nurses who have overseas NICU/Paeds experience who are currently in Nursing homes in Ireland

The role:

• Looking after cases who require advanced nursing care in their home. This is 1:1 care.
• Nurses need to have extensive experience in paediatric nursing. ICU experience if possible.
• Tracheostomy care ,Ventilation
• Enteral feeding
• Medication management
• Full care needs of Infant
