Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care Ireland is recruiting Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one, in-home care for children with complex needs in Portlaoise. You will work with families to deliver compassionate clinical support in the home setting, focusing on quality, safety and family-centred care.

We welcome RCN/RGN/RNID qualifications with paediatric experience and offer flexible hours, weekend and bank holiday premiums, and ongoing professional development within a nurse-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Current NMBI registration (RCN/RGN/RNID) is required.
• Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship.
• Commitment to compassionate one-to-one care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one clinical care to children in the home.
• Support families and coordinate with a nurse-led team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required training.

BAYADA Home Health Care are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to deliver one to one care to children with complex needs in their homes.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to focus on quality care, clinical excellence and meaningful connections outside the hospital setting.

We welcome applications from RCN/RGN qualified nurses with paediatric experience who are committed to compassionate, family-centered care.

You will be part of a dedicated care team, supporting children and families with clinical care in the home environment. This position offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of a nurse-lead organisation that prioritises quality and consistency.

Shift Schedule

• Day shifts: Two 8-hour shifts available, Monday-Saturday
• Night shifts: Seven 10-hour night shifts available
