Job summary

CPL Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse with paediatric or ICU experience to provide one-to-one care in the client’s home in Navan, Co. Meath. The role offers long, predictable 10-hour shifts and a supportive nurse-led team environment.

Available as part-time or full-time, permanent positions with paid induction, shadowing, competency assessment, and 24/7 on-call support. Sponsorship is not available; NMBI registration as an RGN is required.

Qualifications

• Current NMBI registration as an RGN.
• Experience in tracheostomy, ventilation or complex-care desirable.
• Ability to work independently within a supported clinical framework.
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in the client’s home.
• Tracheostomy care and ventilator support.
• PEG and NG feeding.
• Catheter and stoma care.
• Medication management and clinical observation.
• Recognise deterioration and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handover.
• Contribute to care planning and risk assessment.
• Liaise with the family, GP, discharge and community teams.

Great Opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Paediatric or ICU experience !!!

Location: Navan, Co. Meath

Shift timel 10:00-20:00 (minimum 10-hour shift)

Availability: Monday-Sunday; specific regular days to be agreed

Employment: Part-time or full-time, permanent

Support: Supported by CNM2 and local clinical management team

Join a nurse-led team providing one-to-one care to an adult with complex clinical needs in their own home. This role offers long, predictable shifts and the opportunity to deliver genuinely person-centred nursing care.

Pay

• Monday-Saturday: €30 per hour
• Sunday: €45 per hour
• Bank Holidays: €60 per hour

The role

What you will need
