TCP Homecare seeks a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and administer prescribed IV treatments at patients' homes. The role covers a range of specialties with a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, no night shifts, and weekend rotation among the team.
The successful candidate will have paediatric and general nursing qualifications, IV therapy experience, and strong communication, time management, and team-working skills in a homecare environment.
TCP Homecare are a leading provider of homecare nursing services on a national scale. Candidates will also be required to have IV infusion experience and to cover a range of services. We are looking for innovative, enthusiastic professionals with a dual nursing qualification (paediatric and general) who demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation while displaying flexibility and ability to adapt to change to join our team in offering a comprehensive high quality standard of nursing care and administration of prescribed intravenous treatment to patients/clients across a broad spectrum of specialty areas, within the home and community setting. This role is based on a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, with no night shifts and weekends rotation equally spread between the team.
The Community Nurse will provide clinical services to adult and paediatric patients in an effective and caring manner to a high standard that meets best practice. A key element of the role is the maintenance of accurate electronic patient records and the timely deliverance of reports immediately after a visit back to the clients and head office. The home care nurse should see the role as working as part of a team where the nurse uses their clinical, communication and interpersonal skills to provide a seamless service whilst at all times liaising closely with the nursing director and the clients multi-disciplinary team.
