Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care (Ireland) is recruiting a Paediatric Community Nurse to deliver child-centred care in families' homes across Kildare. You will work within a supportive BAYADA team, providing essential clinical care and ensuring families feel safe and confident in the home setting.

The role offers dayshift hours up to 32 per week with weekend coverage options, ongoing training, and a strong clinical management structure to support high standards of care.

Qualifications

Must be RCN, RGN or RNID qualified.
Registered with NMBI.
Eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
Experience in paediatric or complex care.
Commitment to safe, compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

Provide child-centred nursing in the community to keep families supported at home.
Deliver care across day shifts in Kildare setting.
Collaborate with families and the BAYADA clinical team.
Maintain high clinical standards and documentation.
