Job summary

BAYADA Home Health care in Ireland is recruiting a Paediatric Community Nurse to deliver child-centred care in the family home and local community in Kildare (Athy). You will join a supportive team, ensuring safe clinical care while building trusting relationships with children and families.

Ideal candidates have paediatric or complex care experience and are registered with NMBI. Shifts are days, Monday to Saturday, with up to 32 hours per week and access to on-call support and paid shadow

Qualifications

• RCN, RGN or RNID qualified.
• Registered with NMBI.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
• Experience in paediatric or complex care.
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, child-centred care in the community.
• Deliver high standards of clinical care in the child’s home and community.
• Support families with confidence and peace of mind.
• Shifts: Days, Monday to Saturday; up to 32 hours weekly.
• Paid shadow shifts and 24/7 on-call support.
